This represents effort to rebrand the Sand Hill Collection (SHC) campus after a $610M acquisition and renovation.

Deliverable: Property Rebranding Marketing Material
Role: Assistant Creative Management & Design Implementation
Scope:
Restructure property brochure for prospective tenants and investors
Provide design consulting and client management to ensure design cohesion with Client’s objectives
Work with marketing, property management, and third party creative agencies across 2 geographies
Create deliverables to introduce new brand to the public, tenants, brokers, and investors (eFlyers, Gift package branding)
