Designed by Roche-Dinkeloo for J.P. Morgan & Co., the tower was intended to fit its surroundings with a postmodern, Greek Revival, and neoclassical look

. The building’s rich history and architecture informs the design concept for this pitch—reinvigorating historical form with modern design, unlocking potential opportunities with a focus on connectivity and placemaking.
