BROOKLYN PORTFOLIO STRATEGY DISCUSSION

2019, Confidential Client

Campus Repositioning in the Heart of Brooklyn’s Tech Triangle

Over the past decade, Downtown Brooklyn (DTBK) has undergone a major transformation anchored by the cumulative impact of over $4 billion in public and private investment. It is one of the fastest growing neighborhoods in America; yet the current campus is largely underutilized and does not feel very “Brooklyn,” lacking cohesion with Brooklyn today.

The “new Brooklyn” campus in DTBK’s central business district will transform into a space for tenants and the neighborhood community to gather for entertainment, work, and leisure.
