Various industry studies have demonstrated amenity spaces will be critical components of commercial portfolios in the near future. The Real Estate Partnerships (REP) team within The We Company seeks to work with landlords to activate amenity spaces.

Showcase REP’s ability to work with landlords and global developers to create flexible and efficient amenity space solutions.

Deliverable: New Business Acquisition Materials: A scalable presentation (supplemental slides) that can be readily tailored to the concept, market, and the relationship with landlord.

Role: Creative Manager

Scope:

  • Collaborate with REP’s portfolio manager to conceptualize a design and select relevant content for future new business engagements

  • Create presentation structure for maximum reusability

  • Create quickly accessible Google Slides & Powerpoint for collaborative use

  • Create all design assets and material for marketing use

  • Design implementation includes, but not limited to photo selection and color scheme, design and layout and custom Powerpoint icons

  • Oversee end-to-end design process
