Deliverable: Tour book for Prospective Corporate Tenants Looking for Large Office Space in Hudson Yards

Role: Creative Direction & Management, Design Implementation, Map Design, Print Production, Project Management

Scope:

  • Collaborate with a team of expert real estate consultants and brokers to conceptualize a cohesive, yet separate identity for this unique opportunity that also reflects the character of Hudson Yard

  • Lead creative direction and manage an end-to-end creative process starting from initial concept to print production of bespoke tour books for prospective tenants

  • Create photorealistic signage mock-up

  • Manage project and creative process to ensure all of the design and the design assets are quickly edittable for future use

  • Production includes, but not limited to printing, using various material to create covers, spiral binding, and creating a digital copy for email.
